Dear Family,

Your child will be touring City Hall. You gave permission for your child to go when you signed the yearly field trip permission slip.

Where: Cedarburg City Hall

Date: Tuesday, Nov. 29th

Cost: Free

Time: depart Parkview at 12:50 and arrive by 1:30-2:30, then walk back and return around 3:00

*If you would like to join us on the field trip, please email your child’ teacher by Wednesday, Nov. 16th. You must have a background check on file with the office in order to attend the field trip.

• Yes, I would like to join you on the field trip but need a copy sent home to fill out.      (Need 1 week to process background check)
