| 3rd grade students joined Cedarburg's Scientist in Residence, Kendra, as we visited our Parkview Maple Syrup Operations. Students learned about the process of tapping a maple tree, drawing out the sap, and were able to observe boiling sap while removing water through the evaporation process. We were all able to enjoy some of Mr. Keller's (5th grade teacher) home-made recipe. Yum! |
